That's so awesome!!!<br /><br />I normally eat very healthy, but because of the new house renevations and moving I've had no time - so it's been fast food for like two weeks straight. I feel terrible and can't wait until the stove and refridgerator are delivered on Wednesday. <br /><br />Funny thing is, I weighed myself and actually lost three pounds. I think I've discovered something here. I call it the, "Don't sit down diet". You can eat whatever you want, the key is, you don't sit down untless you are eating or sleeping. But the only reason I know this is because my doctor forces me to step on the scale whenever I visit his office. I hate numbers, and I don't measure my weight loss success in terms of how much I want to lose. <br /><br />That's waaaaay too depressing. <br /><br />Instead, I set other goals like hiking in The Hills this summer without dying. <br /><br />I wish I had some reading suggestions for you.
