Go Vote

It's an important election.  Voting is your right and shouldn't be taken for granted.  I don't care what your politics are or what you believe, so long as you vote your conscience.

In other news:  look what I found posted on Amazon?  FML!

I'm not sure if I shared yet or not, but Simon Pulse will be releasing FML as both a hard and soft cover at the same time.  It's pretty badass.

Anyway, here are some links.  It's got a release date and everything!

FML paperback

FML hardcover

Happy Election Day!

  1. Sure fire way to get people to get out and vote: promise to remove those *#@)! political ads when voting volume reaches a certain level. I'd be banging down the door...hahaha

    Cover looks great! Congrats!

    1. Ha! You're so right. I'm totally against the outrageous amount of money spent on ads.

Thanks! I love this cover. It's so lively and colorful. I'm having trouble choosing an image to use as a tattoo.

  2. Even though in my county, and my state, my vote seems pointless: it isn't.

And congrats, Shaun! Is there a way to buy a signed copy? Or will there be?

    1. No vote it pointless...although Florida, who used to be considered important to elections, still hasn't called a winner and the election's already been decided. Way to go, Florida!

Of course! But I'll have a copy for you, so no worries.

    1. Stupid Amazon!

Simon Pulse has done this in the past. I think that fans and libraries prefer hardcover books so releasing them simultaneously captures those sales without alienating buyers who might want to buy the book but aren't willing to pay the high price of a hard cover. I've read a lot about authors who did poorly in hard cover and didn't get released in paperback, so I think this is actually a smart move on Simon Pulse's part.

Where you been? I haven't heard from you in forever! And I'm shouting! See?!?

    2. Very interesting! That's good logic & I agree it's a smart move by SP.

I've been busy - got a new kind of demanding job & also deleted my FB page which maybe makes it seem like I disappeared? But I'm around & I always read your blog so I know what you're up to :) Looking forward to the new one!
